These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and paid memberships made through the websites and platforms operated by Heather Boers, including HeatherBoers.com and the online community known as The Directory on Skool. A "client" is defined as any individual or business entity placing an order or purchasing a membership through our secure payment platform.

To purchase from Heather Boers, you must be at least 18 years old. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

We do not knowingly market or sell to minors. If it comes to our attention that a purchase was made by someone under 18, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Your payment information is encrypted and securely processed by these providers; Heather Boers does not store or have access to your full payment details.

We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders at this time.

Article 5: Delivery

Digital products and services will be delivered to the email address you provide during checkout, or through access granted inside The Directory on Skool. Please verify your contact information carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

Any physical merchandise offered is produced and shipped directly by a third-party print-on-demand provider. That provider is solely responsible for production, shipping, and any issues related to physical items; Heather Boers does not handle or store physical inventory.

Article 6: Protection of Personal Data

We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. data protection laws. By placing an order, you agree to our use of your information for order processing, product delivery, and communication, including promotional emails from Heather Boers or trusted partners.

The Directory on Skool is hosted on the Skool.com platform. While Skool provides the technology hosting the community, Heather Boers is solely responsible for membership terms, content, conduct, and refund decisions within The Directory on Skool. Any disputes regarding your membership, its content, or the conduct of members should be directed to Heather Boers at letsconnect@heatherboers.com, not to Skool.

Article 10: Affiliate Commissions

Members of The Directory on Skool may earn referral commissions for new members they refer, as described within the community. These commissions are provisional. If a referred membership purchase is refunded, disputed, or charged back, any commission already paid on that purchase may be deducted from the referring affiliate's future earnings.
